Shipping & Return Policy


All orders are shipped with full tracking.

I, as the seller/store, cannot be responsible for packages misplaced or lost by courier services. Please do not place any orders if this is unacceptable to you. Delivery issues should be reported to your local courier service, as I am in no way associated with them and cannot control any aspect of the delivery process.

Special note that the shipping rates are especially expensive to destinations located in Philippines, so I strongly discourage ordering if you're located there.

Order process time before shipment: 2~5 days

Estimated delivery:

USA - 3~5 business days

Canada/International - 8~23 business days


Refunds or exchanges are accepted within one week of package delivery. Buyer will need to ship refunded item(s) back in perfect condition at their own expense, and the item(s) must be received. Exchanges will need a separate shipping fee charged. The shipping originally paid with order cannot be refunded, as it has already been used up.

In cases where the package is returned to me (the seller/store) due to failed delivery, I get charged an additional $5 CAD to received returned mail, and that would also apply to the order. This process typically takes 6-8 weeks.

All orders placed automatically agree to terms listed above.
